Auroville is an experimental International township in the state of Tamil Nadu, South India. The vision is of a unique community, where men and women of all countries are able to live in peace and progressive harmony above all creeds, all politics and all nationalities. The purpose of Auroville is to realise human unity. Aran and Galit are members of that community since 2002, and have being volunteering there, while raising their 3 boys, for 14 years.
We invite you to a deep exploration into a hidden gem in the tropical dry evergreen forest. You will have the opportunity to meet inspiring pioneers, learn from their personal stories and get diverse tastes of Auroville through your 5 senses.
We will have a taste of Pondicherry, the near French colony, and Sri Aurobindu Ashram.
A trek to mountain Gingi and its deep powerful caves (optional)
And finally, for the last 2 nights, we will dwell into the Soul of India : Tiruvanamalai, Arunachala holy mountain and Sri Ramanamaharishi Ashram, celebrating Subrahmanya Sashti.
